Take your Babies to Church

On the days it takes an hour to get out the door,

On the days you spend the whole service ushering tiny bladders in and out of the bathroom,

On the days you and the baby are alone in the nursery the whole time,

On the days your toddler tries to escape by crawling underneath the pew,

Take your babies to church.

They need to know that the Lord’s day is for worshipping Him. They need to hear preaching and learn sound doctrine. They need to be there, and so do you.

Your week has been busy and stressful, you need to fill up your cup and be surrounded by your brothers and sisters in Christ. Your soul needs fed. Even if you only catch the opening hymns and a few minutes of preaching. The Lord knows what you need, and you’ll find it there.

Take your babies to church.

On the easiest days, and the hardest days. Even if you have to do it alone.

Take your babies to church.
They need to be there, and so do you.
